EMI PLAN’S Terms & Conditions

1- Advance EMI can Not Be Deposited.

2- Registry after when customer will paid 30 Installments or in year 2025.

3- Cancellation Option – Till payment of 2 EMI Plot can be cancelled & 20% Charges will be applicable for refund.

4- After 3rd EMI Payment, Plot can not be cancelled it can be transfer in the name of other customer.

5- If EMI will not deposited in time then late Fee 2% applicable after grace period of 1 Month.

6- Foreclosure available after 30 months.

7- If, Customer fail to pay his 3 EMI continuously, then Company have right to cancel his Plot.

8- PLC Charges : Main Road 20%, Park Facing 10%, Corner 10/%, Main Road & Corner 20% and Corner & Park Facing 20% applicable on Base Price of Plot. .

Possession & Registry – Kindly note New Nirmal Vihar site is currently under development phase so that, Possession & Regisrty process will be start in Year 2025.
Company reserves the right to amend the price in future as per development process at site.

Terms & Conditions for

One Time Payment (OTP) & Down Payment (DP)

1- 100% Payment Mode (OTP) – If customer paid full payment within 15 Days from the date of booking then he will be get relaxation of 8% on whole amount of Plot price.

2- 50% Down Payment Mode (DP) – If, customer paid this amount within 1 month he will get relaxation of 4% on whole amount of plot price. Now, rest 50% amount he will paid by quarterly 8 interest free installments for 2 Years.

3- 30% Down Payment Mode (DP) – If, customer paid this amount within 1 month there is no relaxation will be given and he will paid rest 70% amount by quarterly 12 interest free installments for three years.

4- All the above Rate Includes Development Like – Interlocking, Electricity Pole, Drainage, Demarcation, Edging.

5- Possession & Registry – Kindly note New Nirmal Vihar site is currently under development phase so that, Possession & Regisrty process will be start in Year 2025.
