1- All The Customers /Staff /Advisors /Team Head/ Farmers / Brokers and other related persons are very precious for NJFC family. We do not want any dispute with you In future but if there is any problem then you have two options

2- Option -1 – By Mutual Settlement.

3- Option -2 - If Any Legal Issue occur amongst between us then our Jurisdiction will be Kanpur Court only.

1- No big down payment required for your Dream Home

2- Only first installment required For Plot no. Booking.

3- Loyalty Bonus - If all the installments paid in schedule time then customer will be eligible for Loyalty Bonus in final year .

4- Literature - All the related literature will be provided to Customer i.e. Customer Form, Prospectus etc.

5- Office Visit – Customer can be visit any working day In Office time Or can contact on Phone and Whats-UP No. of Reception.

6- Site Visit - Company will provide land site visit to customer to check your Plot location for your satisfaction.

7- Customer Meet – Company will conducted Awareness Meet Time to Time to provide new updates in Company and Projects.

8- Discount Card – Company will provide a Discount Card to customer to enjoy Big Discounts and Offers in our other ventures like Gym, Restaurant, Bar, Salon Etc.
